KPI earns a prestigious Silver Medal at the APAC Awards 2023, demonstrating excellence in customer service innovation and international standards.

KPI Contact Center recently won an international award at the APAC Awards 2023 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Silver Medal in the "Contact Center" category for Business Contribution that KPI received marks our first international award at this level within the Asia Pacific region. The Contact Center Asia Pacific Awards 2023 serves as a platform to promote and support various organisations in developing quality customer service centres, and in elevating service quality to meet international standards in terms of convenience and speed. This enhancement is achieved through the use of modern technology, which helps develop the service process to meet customer needs and deliver the best possible experience, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction.
