Dior Haute Joaillerie introduces "Diorella", the 1/2 latest high end jewellery collection for 2008, created under the artistic direction of Victoire de Castellane.
In this collection de Castellane explores the colourful Diorette garden at Milly la Foret and the sophisticated and elegant oriental flora and has come up with a fabulous line of fine jewellery.
Inspired by the flowers and trees of a Japanese garden, the Diorella is another elegant and romantic collection ideal for admirers of imaginative jewellery.
Mother of the Diorette Family and embellished with a sugar loaf cabochon of 40 to 50 carats amethyst, aquamarine, citrine, peridot and rubelline, the Diorella is dressed in a coat of lacquer sometimes matte sometimes translucent - evoking a Japanese garden.
With each unique piece completely hand-lacquered, hand-set and hand-assembled by the finest atelier in Paris, the Diorella symbolises the eternal elegance of a romantic oriental garden. The collection is exclusively available in 13 worldwide Dior high jewellery boutiques only. RT
