PET PROJECTS
- Ping Ping is a two-month-old kitten who was rescued from a sewer pipe. She is healthy and lively.
- Max (male), Penny and Oil (female) are siblings. They are now living at a construction site; their other siblings were killed by people who live there. These three puppies urgently need a safe, permanent home.
There are many animals, whose pictures can't be published, that are looking for permanent, happy homes and kind, caring owners. If you are planning on buying a dog or cat, don't: Adopt. You can make a big difference in a stray's life by opening your heart and house to it. Contact Chantra on 08-1372-9214.

- Can you help Chook Dii? Chook Dii came to our shelter in an appalling condition. She was covered in ticks and fleas, malnourished and suffering from blood parasites. Her condition was so critical that she needed two blood transfusions just to stabilise her. She then had to spend six days at the clinic for IV fluids and to monitor her weak condition. However, Chook Dii was a fighter, and survived. She is now back at the shelter, her strength and vitality are slowly returning and her fur is regrowing. With medication, a healthy diet, and lots of love we hope she will make a full recovery.
Her treatment has cost over 10,000 baht to date. Although we know we made the right decision to give her a chance to survive, this is a big amount for a charity that relies on donations to help our four-legged friends. If you would like to contribute to Chook Dii's vet bills, contact Care for Dogs in Chiang Mai on 08-4752-5255 or email karin@carefordogs.org or see http://www.carefordogs.org/.
