Built among coconut trees on a lush, 52-rai hillside site, this luxury resort overlooks the so-called Five Islands, rocky islets within Ang Thong Marine National Park where a concession has been granted for the harvesting of valuable cave-swiftlet nests (for bird's nest soup).
It has a total of 70 rooms, from 66m2 deluxe singles all the way up to two- and three-bedroom villas complete with kitchen and living room. We stayed in a "garden-view" Deluxe Sala room whose super-high ceiling imparted a great feeling of spaciousness.
King-size bed. White walls offset polished wooden floors, doors, ceiling and furniture. Large private balcony equipped with table, chairs and two sun-lounges. Great ocean and sunset views. To get to the beach you need to descend exactly 273 steps, or else avail of the golf-cart shuttle service from the lobby.
