The itSMF Thailand Chapter will host its third Knowledge Sharing Session for 2008 at the Sathorn Thani Study Centre (http://www.sathorn.net) in the 7th floor conference room on May 15. There will be an introduction by Thailand Chapter Chairman, Lance Stanford, followed by a presentation entitled "ITSM - How to Start and Keep Going" by Jonathan Ridler, HP Regional Business Critical Consultant, Asia-Pacific and Japan (in English), followed by a second presentation, "Managing Changes from an Organisation, People, Cultural Perspective", by Ruangkrit Rungrungwat of the ISA (in Thai). The event starts at 1:30pm with registration.
Barcamp, an international network of user-generated conferences that are open, participatory workshop-events whose content is provided by participants, often focussing on early-stage web applications and related open source technologies, will be staged on Saturday, May 17 in Chiang Mai at Payap University from 10 a.m until 6 p.m.
