For those looking for ways to save some money on fuel bills, here are some smart choices. DHSBC offers a cash rebate for its premier, platinum, classic and gold credit cardholders.
For premier credit cardholders, the company offers a maximum cash rebate of five per cent for every fuel purchase of 800 baht at any PTT gas station. The cardholders will need to pay full amount of the purchase at the station and will get their cash rebate within next two months of their card's statement.
Platinum cardholders will receive a cash rebate of three per cent, while the holders of Classic and Gold get a two per cent of every purchase of 800 baht. This promotion lasts till December 31.
On top of that, the cardholders of all three card types will also get a cash rebate when they shop at Tesco Lotus for a total of 3,000 baht per month. Premier credit cardholders will get a maximum of five per cent cash rebate, while Platinum receives three per cent, and Classic and Gold gets two per cent. The promotion lasts till the end of June.
- Krungthai Card Plc (KTC) is also offering a similar promotion for the holders of Krungthai Card - Bangchak Titanium MasterCard. You will get one per cent for any purchase of fuel at any Bangchak petrol stations. Again you will need to firstly pay full amount at the spot and the company will give back the one per cent cash to your next credit card's slip.
You will get 10 per cent for any purchase of engine oil at the station.
