Friends in need

- Sang is a two-year-old female cat. She is looking for a new house since her former owner just died. Now she is in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. Sang is already vaccinated. She is polite and well mannered.

- Angel (brown) and Friend (white and black) are about two months old. They are healthy and looking for permanent homes.

There are many animals, whose pictures can't be published, that are looking for permanent, happy homes and kind, caring owners. If you are planning on buying a dog or cat, don't: Adopt. You can make a big difference in a stray's life by opening your heart and house to it. Contact Chantra on 08-1372-9214.

- Fah Sai is a two-month-old female kitten who was found wandering in the middle of Rama IV. She is very friendly and has blue eyes.

- Lisa is a six-month-old female who is very friendly and has been neutered.

- Duan lost his two front legs from being run over by a train four years ago. He lives near a temple in the Talingchan area. He is very friendly and urgently needs a permanent home.

Anyone interested in adopting one or more of these animals can contact Tharinee Wipuchanin, founder of Pic-A-Pet4Home, on 08-9669-1690 or 08-1551-2628.

- Jenga, Uno and Bingo are looking for new homes.

Looking for a kitty to share your home? Be different: Opt to adopt a Soi Cat! They are individual and unique, a breed apart. Call Wendy at SCAD Bangkok on 08-4535-1452, email adoptions@scadbangkok.org or meet more of our remarkable Soi dogs and cats at http://www.scadbangkok.org/.

Headrock Dogs is very happy to let supporters know that we have either adopted or re-located 74 dogs since November of last year. We would like to thank everyone who has helped with our lovely dogs and we hope more of "Friends in Need" readers will help us find homes for our remaining 75 dogs.

- Tzar is a beautiful, neutered, four-year-old male who came to us with a terrible knife wound. He is friendly and assertive and would make a great guard dog.

- Faith is a pure blue-grey Thai ridgeback neutered female dog who was found stuck down a drain. She suffered terrible wounds on her back and now has no ridgeback due to scar tissue. Faith is rather shy but once she knows you she is very friendly and affectionate.

For details of these and more of Headrock Dogs' rescued dogs call Adoptions Manager on 08-9028-3787 or visit our web site at http://www.headrockdogs.org/. Headrock Dogs was formerly the Hua Hin Dog Rescue Centre.
