Editor's Note

Autism is something that most of us would dread having to deal with, but such issues are unavoidable.

Although there seems to be no cure for autism, parents play an important role in reducing the impact of the development disorder on their child.

As parents look for avenues to help their children, there are those who go as far as setting up organisations to increase the understanding and awareness of autism in their community. Some even give up their careers to give their child all the attention that they require.

The diagnosis of autism can be devastating for many a family, and as autistic children get older many parents may be forced to settle into a lifetime of care-giving.

On a different note, since most of us live life in the fast lane, eating fast food is no exception.

But like in most cases, the fast food does carry its good and bad qualities, and eating too much can often lead to health problems.

With most people keeping a strict tab on their cholesterol levels, it is necessary that we all start to consume health food.
