| The ‘‘2008 Bodybuilding and Arm Wrestling Championships’’ will take place at Bangkok Youth Centre on Nov 22 from 8:30am-6pm. |
The Thailand Bodybuilding Association invites interested members of the public to witness the "Bodybuilding and Arm Wrestling Championships (Latchford Classic 2008)" featuring some 200 bodybuilding and fitness athletes from around the country at the Bangkok Youth Centre (Thai-Japan), Keerawej 2 Building on Sat, Nov 22 from 8:30am-6pm.
The competition is a platform for bodybuilders - professional and amateur alike - to show the power of their bodies' strength and beauty of the figure in 12 different categories.
These include the Men's Body Classic and Ms Body Fitness, as well as Mr & Ms Fitness categories which are open to those who are fond of this sport and wish to have a healthy life.
The winners of each men's bodybuilding category will compete in the final round to find the best proportional figure of bodybuilding champion in the Champ of the Champ category. The name of the winner will be engraved on the most prestigious trophy - Latchford Classic.
The audience will also have fun for the first time with the arm wrestling competition which offers two categories - up to 75 kilogrammes and over.
The pre-judge round of the competition starts at 8:30am and the final round at 2:30pm.
