Introduction
Registered in 1985 and operational in Minburi by the following year, AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited is today a provider of world-class equipment, tools and systems. Now based at a state-of-the-art facility at the Hi-Tech Industrial Park in Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya, the company aims to become Thailand’s most progressive, innovative and creative company with world-class quality and strong global competitiveness, by maintaining a team of happy employees and reasonable profitability for the shareholders. Currently, the company supplies OEM parts to FORD, MAZDA, ISUZU, HONDA, TOYOTA and others.

Largest jig designer and manufacturer in
Southeast Asia

Currently recognised globally as the largest designer and manufacturer of jigs in Southeast Asia, AAPICO boasts leading-edge technology, and supplies its products to all major automotive manufacturers in Thailand and overseas. In addition to jigs, the company is also involved in the design and manufacture of dies, as well as the production of fuel tanks and OEM press and assembly parts.

From the advanced facility in Bang Pa-in, AAPICO’s 600 employees create products for all major automotive manufacturers in Thailand and abroad, including BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Ford, Honda, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi Mahindra, Nissan, Proton, Peugeot, Renault, Rover, Suzuki, Toyota, Volvo and Yanmar.

Outstanding achievements
Included on AAPICO’s long list of achievements are the internationally-acclaimed QS 9000 and ISO 1400l certifications. The former certification reflects the company’s strong focus on quality, while the latter is a celebration of its extensive environmental efforts. The company was also the proud recipient of the ISO 9002:1994 certification in its earlier years.

Recent acquisition
On 27 June 2003, AAPICO acquired 100 per cent of all the Dana shares in Parish Structural Products (PSPT). Now named AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd., the company is the sole supplier of Isuzu D-MAX for pick-up frames in Thailand and for export.
