Brooker was founded in 1994 through the merger of two independent Thai research and consultancy firms, established in the 1980s. In August 2000, the Brooker Group was transformed into a public company, in preparation for a capital increase, expansion of activities, and a pioneering application for listing on the Thai Market for Alternative Investment.
