Apart from the flagship Central Department Stores, which now numbers 14 in Bangkok and other major cities, Central Retail Corporation's other department and specialty stores include Robinson Department Stores, Powerbuy, Supersports, B2S, Office Depot and Homeworks.

Central Plaza Hotels Plc. plays a major role in Thailand’s tourism and travel industry with 11 hotels in Thailand. The Central Fast Food Group continues to develop and expand branches of KFC, Pizza Hut, Mister Donut, Baskin-Robbins, Steak Hunter and Auntie Anne’s. Central Pattana Public Company Limited is one of Thailand's leading property development companies and the largest shopping mall developer. It recently acquired the World Trade Center in Bangkok, renaming it the Central World Plaza.
