Inside FDK’s sophisticated manufacturing facility in Pathum Thani, stringent quality control is conducted at every stage of the production process. Incoming raw materials are carefully inspected and stored in closely monitored areas. The production process is handled by a highly skilled pool of manpower, attuned with the latest Japanese technology and honed by the training programmes provided by the company. Some employees are sent to Japan to upgrade their skills and knowledge on the latest technological advances in the industry. To further enhance product quality and reliability, FDK (Thailand) even sends staff to visit customer sites – for trouble shooting and product development partnership.
