The company is located in a 30,000 square-metre manufacturing plant in the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate (an export processing zone), Ayutthaya, and just 40 kilometres north of Bangkok. HANA Semiconductor (Ayutthaya) Co., Ltd. specialises in IC assembly and test.
As many as 85 per cent of its customers are in the U.S., with the rest being in Asia and Europe.

HANA Ayutthaya currently offers IC assembly and test services for various IC packages, like “air-cavity packaging” used for the latest satellite phone technology and digital cameras, SC70, SC59, VSOP and SOT23 packages used in the telecommunications industry, as well as PDIP, QFP, QSOP, SOIC, MSOP, LGA, QFN, TO92, SOT89 and SOT223, just to name a few. All products have full turnkey capabilities.
