BIG currently operates three air separation plants, two in Map Ta Phut and the third and latest one in Chonburi Industrial Estate (Bo Win). With the largest pipeline capacity and storage tanks in the country, Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. boasts a production capacity far exceeding any other in Southeast Asia.

BIG’s Gases
Industrial gases are used in a variety of industries, from steel and plastic to electronics and oil. These gases have literally become an integral part of our daily lives. BIG currently produces and supplies four primary industrial gases in both liquid and compressed forms:
• Oxygen
BIG focuses on separating, purifying and compressing oxygen for use in industries and hospitals. Oxygen is a critical raw material in the production of the plastics and steel that we use in everyday life.
• Nitrogen
Nitrogen is used extensively in the food, electronics and petrochemical industries.
• Argon
Argon is also used in many industries, including construction and manufacturing.
• Hydrogen
Hydrogen is a product of various chemical reactions. BIG channels raw hydrogen from the off-gases of the petrochemical industry and purifies it for commercial use, in applications ranging from plastics to edible oil.

BIG also supplies related equipment and specialty gases for instrument calibration, carrier gases, laser gases and other mixed gases for special applications.
