Originally started in 1989, with BOI promotional privileges, P.C.B. Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a Thai-Finn (Aspocomp) joint venture, a manufacturer of high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The company’s success today results from continuous product, quality and environmental improvement, together with a dedicated workforce and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and technology.

The company has consistently adhered to its mission statement: “We are committed to producing printed circuit boards that continually meet or exceed customer requirements”. Such commitment has helped the company experience significant growth since the start of its operations.

Advanced technology and
state-of-the-art equipment

P.C.B. Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has consistently manufactured high-quality PCBs by using advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment, comprising:
• CAD-CAM system, enhancing manufacturing flexibility and shortening the production cycle
• Laser plotter for first generation manufacturing artwork, upgrading the company’s ability to meet stringent PCB acceptance criteria
• Drilling machines, with micro-drilling capability
• Photo imaging equipment for high-density PCBs, with fine line width/spacing and fine pitch SMT requirements
• Automated plating lines

In 1996, P.C.B. Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. received the ISO 9002 certification for higher quality products, followed by QS 9000 in the year 2000, which focuses on an overall business strategy from investment capital, quality, management, cost control and advanced technology.

With almost 10 million baht investment for environmental protection, P.C.B. Center’s associates and clients can rest assured that the company will offer high quality and superior services. With the successful attainment of the ISO 14001 certification, the company is strongly committed to protecting the environment. The company is firmly adhering to these high-standard rules and regulations and will maintain its strict environmental line well into the future, with the cooperation of all employees.

Where quality is top
The company is committed to a continuous improvement programme and incorporates a full SPC programme for active process control, with fully equipped chemical and physical laboratories to monitor process control and product reliability.

As the highest level of quality and reliability is a priority, the company also applies the Proactive APQP, FMEA and Control Plans into pre-production processes, where the designs are scanned for defects before production. This is to ensure specification compliance, efficient process utilisation, which invariably reduces production time and costs, and provides total customer satisfaction.
