Chairman of the Board of Directors

Refinery Specialists
Rayong Purifier Public Company Limited, founded on 27 January 1995, is a medium-sized Thai refinery, operated by specialists in the petroleum and petrochemical business.
Its aim is to become a fully integrated organisation with low production costs, strong finances and an enhanced network of business alliances.

World-class facility
Located at Map Ta Put Industrial Estate in Rayong, the Rayong Purifier plant is a leading facility, with a production capacity of 17,000 barrels a day, or 80 million litres per month.

Rayong Purifier produces a wide range of international-standard petroleum and petrochemical products from Naphtha-free condensate residues (CR), helping to enhance the value of raw materials drawn from the Gulf of Thailand and reduce the dependency on imports. The CR is delivered to Rayong Purifier via an interconnecting pipeline from Aromatics (Thailand) Public Company Limited.

Rayong Purifier’s hi-tech refinery was designed by the company’s own team of highly skilled engineers in the petroleum field.
World-renowned experts in the petroleum and petrochemical sectors have since tagged the facility’s design, structure and systems as achieving the highest international standards.

To enhance the efficiency of its operations and distribution system, Rayong Purifier has expanded its storage facility network to cover various parts of the country.

Products by Thais for Thais
The company takes pride in distributing products made by Thais for Thais, including:

• High-speed diesel oil
for the transportation and industrial sectors
• Gasoline 91 Ronc
for vehicles and agricultural machinery
• Gasoline 95 Ronc
for cars that need high octane gasoline
• Low sulphur fuel oil
for the petroleum, petrochemical and transportation sectors
• White spirit solvent
for the textile and automotive paint industries
• Intermediate chemical products
for the dyeing and asphalt industries

Quality from the start
Since the start of its operation, Rayong Purifier has adhered to three main quality principles: (1) sustaining a high-quality process; (2) delivering the required quantities and types of product to customers on time; and (3) training staff to adhere to the ISO 9002 standard. Thanks to the company’s early focus on quality, it was able to achieve ISO 9002 certification with ease. In addition, the company has also achieved: OHSAS 18001, BS 8800 and TIS 18001 certifications. Environmental and safety issues are also given high priority.

A social role
The company gives back to society via a range of social programmes. As well as educational activities, these include sports, occupational training and other programmes – all designed to enhance the lives of those living in the company’s neighbouring community.

The future
Rayong Purifier is determined to continuously develop and improve via the implementation of strategic business plans, and through an efficient petroleum operation. The expansion of the company’s PURE gas stations to various parts of Thailand, the construction of small refineries in Vietnam and increased efficiency and capacity are all important parts of the plan, as is investment in technology to reduce costs and maximise the use of natural resources.
