The benefits of living in a serviced residence

There are several reasons that an ever-growing number of both expatriates and Thai nationals are choosing to live in serviced apartments. The two most prominent are convenience and lifestyle. They tend to feel safe in serviced residences and don't have to struggle with the language barrier. Many more Thais have been moving into serviced apartments in the last couple of years, as well, to avoid long commutes and to eliminate the burden of maintaining a home while working a high-powered job. Also interesting, is that longer stay tourists are increasingly choosing to stay in serviced apartments.
