A feast for the eyes and palate, the Meet the Artist gourmet experience is where epicurism meets art. It's part of St. Regis' Aficionado programme where food and wine pair with fashion and design, art and literature, speed and sport, and spa and relaxation. This event allows Bangkok's bon vivants to enjoy Italian culture through artworks by Ailadi Cortelletti and a four-course menu created by Chef Leonardo Concezzi featuring Celeriac mousse, Atlantic scallops wrapped in Colonnata lard, Burrata cheese spuma in caramel nuts, Snow fish carpaccio, and more.G
