'Fuen Pasa Dai Arharn, (Reviving the Language, Learning about Food), penned by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn during her visit to the city of Tours in France to attend a course at Institut de Touraine in 2007, is my favourite book because, while it's like a text book from which readers can learn the French language, culture and way of life, it is also entertaining with beautiful pictures.
Emeritus Professor Khunying Khaisri Sri-arun, secretary of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Foundation and former culture minister.
More importantly, the book, her 50th travelogue of a visit to a foreign country by the Princess, reflects her enthusiasm and inquisitiveness to learn new things in a different environment as she always keeps a note book with her and writes down what she finds worthy and interesting. This is a good example of a learning habit.
