The Contemporary World Film Series is back at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand.
Heralding the programme on Jan 19 at 8pm is La Femme D'a Cote (The Woman Next Door), a work of French director Francois Truffaut.
La Femme is a love triangle starring film legend Gerard Depardieu and Fanny Ardant. It is about Bernard Coudray, his wife Arlette and little son Thomas, who live in a small, quiet town, and are the epitome of a small, happy family _ until they get new neighbours, Philipe and Mathilde Bouchard, another couple who also seem a small, happy family.
