Looking for young composers

The Siam Sinfonietta is accepting submissions for the "Siam Sinfonietta Young Composers' Contest", which is held with the aim to attract talented composers under the age of 25 to produce a body of work suitable for relatively large ensembles.
The composition should be no more than 10 minutes in length, specifically designed for a youth symphony orchestra. It may be scored for any instrumental combination up to triple wind, four horns, three trumpets, three trombones, tuba, harp, piano or other keyboard player, three percussionists, and strings.
Eligible contestants must be Thai nationals or have been residents of Thailand for at last three years, or have at least one Thai parent, or be enrolled in a school or university in Thailand.
