First-gen Conti proved to be a success, so all-new replacement evolves so gently that it looks like a mere update.

Bentley will use the Paris motor show next month to debut the all-new Continental GT. As seen in these first official pictures, the second-generation model has evolved so gently that buyers will be hard pressed to note the changes.

The design language remains same as before, pointing to the Conti's sales success with the first-gen model. The most notable exterior changes are the LED headlights and more upright grille as in the Mulsanne flagship saloon. There are new 20-inch wheels, with 21-inchers optional.

    Superb frontside.
    Backside needs some creative redesign.

The Bangkok Post Automotive Section is the equivalent of Playboy Magazine.

You see all those beautyful models in there that you can look at but not touch and you do not have enough money to operate them.

So what is the point dreaming about them?

What a wonderful car! It’s a pure dream… Congratulations to the engineers and to the designers. But in the same time, how to forget that for the price of 25M baht, a village of 250 people can live during 33 years in Thailand… Finely, it will be more ethics to never see this car in Thailand.
