A juicy rumour that Toyota will build its all-new GT86 sports car at one of its Thai manufacturing plants has been rejected.

A juicy rumour that Toyota will build its all-new GT86 sports car at one of its Thai manufacturing plants has been rejected.

‘It’s just a rumour,’ said a company spokesperson. ‘Demand would be too low [to justify local assembly]… it would be better if we build Lexus cars [in Thailand].’
