Honda Jazz hybrid to debut in 2013

Honda's first hybrid car in Thailand will be the Jazz Hybrid and launch early next year, say company executives.

The country's second-most popular passenger auto brand hopes to attract economy buyers with a pricetag of below 1 million baht for a car that claims to get 24.5 kilometres per litre.

The Jazz Hybrid comes with an 88-hp 1.3-litre petrol engine with Honda's IMA Assist electric system and CVT automatic transmission.
