Vespa scoots along to 75% revenue growth target

Vespiario (Thailand), the authorised importer and distributor of Italy's Vespa motorcycles, plans to sell more than 10,000 units of Vespa this year, an increase of 75% from 2012.

Managing director Pornada Tejapaibul said Vespiario is committed to being more aggressive with marketing and network expansion this year to boost sales.

The company will spend 100 million baht this year on business expansion, with 50 million allocated for showroom and service centre expansion, increasing to 75 branches from 55.
