Day 12: The winners

Let's keep it simple here:

The 64th Cannes Film Festival winners

Palme d'Or: "The Tree of Life" by Terrence Malick.

Grand Prix (secon prize): "The Kid With a Bike" by Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, and "Once Upon a Time in Anatolia" by Nuri Bilge Ceylan.

Best Director: Nicolas Winding Refn from "Drive".

Best Screenplay: Joseph Cedar from "Footnote".

Best Actor: Jean Dujardin from "The Artist".

Best Actress: Kirsten Dunst from "Melancholia".

Jury Prize (a sort of honorary mention): "Polisse" by Maiwenn Le Besco.
