Why can't Mr. samak sundaravej keep his mouth shut? Every time he opened his mouth to voice his opinion or quote some one's opinion, it looks like he didn't have any sense at all. His caninet surrendered Thai border to Cambodia was a setup_ _ thing to do already, criticizing the administrative court against his foreign affair minister made him even worst than an idi_ _ He should consider himself and resign before he and his cabinet bring further disgraceful to Thailand.

What does the businesswoman in Cambodia,Ms Sompen know about the legality of Pra Vihear Temple? When Thai ancestor ruled part of Cambodia, that part belongs to Thai sovereignty and Thais were cheated by new map drawn by France (I expected) which had never been agreed by Thai government. Does Ms. Sompen realized that Thais could care less if Cambodian get VERY angry (I am sure they would be angry). It would be the same as Thais when Thai sovereignty and property were stripped by corrupted government. Be your own identity, we all knew the history and characters of people around Thailand since Thailand was stripped the border 4-5 times in the old days.

I happened to turn on the DMC TV (Wat Dhammagai) and heard the last part of teaching by Pra Maha Dr. Somchai, assistant to the Abbot. if I am not making a mistake and heard it right, he taught and praised the communist system. He also recognized why China and Vietnam economy is going so fast because of the system of their government, especially Vietnam economy that is going to pass Thailand while Thailand is continuing struggle. But he didn't realize that Thai government had been practicing corruption for generations, one cabinet after the another. And also Thais forgot the past easily, didn't persue to bring those people to face criminal charges and justice (this might be because every upcoming government was also a partner of the former cabinet). Is it a coincidence that he told people who were listening that do not believe whatever it had been said about the present Thai cabinet/government? He also said the knowledgeable person is easier to be persuaded than uneducated people. Thai monks should stay neutral, leaving civil life behind, practice religion, and do not get involve in politic. Is this the main concept of Buddhism set by Lord Buddha? If he wants to get involve in politic, get out of the yellow clothes and religion umbrella and do whatever he want to do.

there is always blood spilled in the name of democracy. thailand is only different because they have this 'Put up with' attitude towards anything that may mean confrontation. It is about time that the Thai people were heard. If PAD is the only way that this can happen then so be it.

Do you believe that Thailand should or can always avoid any violent confrontation ? It's about time thinking of real progress and real democracy instead of maintaining a false calm under growing tension .
Do you think France and US have spilt no blood to become what they are today?
With time and experience, the confrontation just changes style .

If the head of state (PM) treatened in the public broadcasting TV to break up the protestor (PAD), he should consider himself and resign, but if he doesn't, Thai people and other political party should impeach him. We don't need a PM shows of the power in a wrong way. He is a figure head (propet) and waste tax payer money.

Do you think that if the PAD have a platform to air their grievances and tell the nation about their views and what their findings about the wrongdoings of this Government, PAD and their supporter will not have to come out on the streets to protest. Because the Government control all the media and they don't want people to know the truth that's why all the concerned citizens who are suffering from inefficient running of this Government came out and support the PAD because PAD speaks for them. I felt really sorry that the PAD have to stand and weather the rain and storm while those ministers are sleeping comfortably in the aircon house. I think if PAD can have access to the media and let the people nationwide to know the truth, then I think they will stop coming on to the street, but I see no way how this going to happen.
