Crowd goes to get cheques

The Bangkok City Hall is still crowded on Saturday, the third day that the government distributes the 2,000 baht cheques.
Many of them bring umbrellas and bottles of water after tens of people have reportedly fainted while waiting in long queues to receive the cheques in the past two days.
Officials try to let them enter the tents as quickly as possiblbe to prevent them from passing out.
Medical units are also stationing around the venue to give first aid to the cheque receivers.
