  • Online news:

The superintendent of Pattaya police station, Pol Col Sarayuth Sa-nguanpokai, was on Wednesday transferred to Provincial Police Region 2 headquarters for 30 days after Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva's car was attacked as he was leaving Pattaya on Tuesday.

The deputy Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police becomes acting superintendent of Pattaya.

Red-shirt protesters smashed the back window of Mr Abhisit's Land Cruiser and blocked its passage after he left a cabinet meeting in Pattaya. One of the accused assailants, Wanchalerm Kulsen, escaped from Pattaya City police station shortly after being arrested.

They only know how to take bribes and be rich in Pattaya. He does not mind , because money a police chief makes in one month enough to live comfortably for 50 years.
They take bribes from over 5000 establisments in Pattaya.
If you dont believe me open a restaurant and see what happens.

Suthep(Larry) is the one that failed as a top dog of the Security Affairs! He was too busy mouthing off to protect Abhisit(Moe) while Anupong(Curly) was too busy threatening and intimidating protesters.

I love the New Three Stooges!

--- in any case, it would have put a smile (smirk?) on Thakkies face.

That it could happen and that the culprit could flee. [FLEE - the Thai way to solve problems]

It is well known that Pattaya police is much braver when it comes to extort money from bar operators and other farangs.

one would think that a prime minister of a country drives a car with some sort of security installations. at least it should not be possible to smash his window.

It's about time that Suthep finally has some quick decision. I hope this new guy can do a better job protecting my PM. How shameful that was!!
