The Public Health Ministry confirmed 125 new cases of H1N1 on Tuesday, bringing the total to 899.

Eleven patients were being treated for the flu in state and private hospitals.

Deputy Public Health Minister Manit Nopamornbodee said there is still no vaccine against the A(H1N1) virus.

Public Health Minister Witthaya Kaewparadai  said the ministry was continuing  its efforts to  educate people in ways to protect themselves from the flu.

Schools were particularly vulnerable to the spread of the virus, he said.
