SET index drops 19.61 points

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index went down 19.61 points or 3.37% to close at 562.68 points at the end of trading session on Tuesday morning. The trade value was at 9.56 billion baht, with 1.57 billion shares traded.

The SET50 index ended at 401.85 points, down 15.93 points or 3.81%, with a total trade value of 7.95 billion baht. The SET100 index fell 33.68 points or 3.78% to stand at 856.66 points, with a total turnover of 8.77 billion baht. The MAI index also dropped 4.81 points or 2.52% to close at 185.89 points, with total transaction value of 271.47 million baht.
