SET index up 0.35%

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index on Tuesday gained 2.26 points or 0.35 per cent to close at 655.46 points. The market value was 17.53 billion baht, with 3.90 billion shares traded.

The SET100 index closed at 1,006.95 points, up 2.22 points or 0.22 per cent, with a total trade value of 14.61 billion baht.

The SET50 index increased 0.43 point or 0.09 per cent to end at 469.66 points, with a total turnover of 10.87 billion baht.

The Market for Alternative Investment (mai) index climbed up 1.11 points or 0.62 per cent to close at 179.82 points, with a total transaction value of 257.51 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

PTT closed at 247.00 baht, up by 3.00 baht (1.23%).

TTA closed at 23.30 baht, up by 0.30 baht (1.30%).

SCB closed at 76.75 baht, down by 1.50 baht (1.92%).

KBANK closed at 73.50 baht, down by 0.75 baht (1.01%).

THAI closed at 18.90 baht, up by 1.70 baht (9.88%).
