SET index rises 5.33 points

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index went up 5.33 points or 0.81% to close at 660.79 points at the end of trading session on Wednesday morning. The trade value was 11.64 billion baht.

The SET50 index ended at 473.35 points, up 3.69 points or 0.79%, with a total trade value of 7.29 billion baht. The SET100 index rose 8.87 points or 0.88% to stand at 1.015.82 points, with a total turnover of 9.89 billion baht. The MAI index went up 0.94 points or 0.52% to close at 180.76 points, with total transaction value of 125.95 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

IRPC    closed at      3.72 baht, up 0.28 baht (8.14%)
THAI    closed at    21.60 baht, up 2.70 baht (14.29%)
PTT      closed at  247.00 baht, unchanged
TTA      closed at    23.10 baht, down 0.20 baht (0.86%)
PTTAR  closed at    20.70 baht, up 0.20 baht (0.98%)
