Yingluck 'knows nothing' about clip

Former army chief Gen Chaisit Shinawatra reiterated on Saturday that Yingluck Shinawatra, younger sister of former Prime minister Thaksin, had noting to do with the controversial clip.

The democrats, including the spokesman of the ruling party, Thepthai Senpong, alleged on Friday that the audio clip featuring Prime Mnister Abhisit Vejjajiva’s voice ordering the use of force to crackdown on the red shirts over Songkran was released from SC Asset Co, a company owned by Ms Yingluck.

“The democrats have an expertise in mudslinging other people to whitewash themselves. They tend to throw hot potato to the Shinawatra family every time when any wrong thing occurs”, Gen Chaisit said.

The retired senior general dared the Democrats to show evidence to the general public to prove that members of the Shinawatra family were behind the audio clip.

THIS GUSTED comes out with a little bit of a twisted 'Proof'.

""Should it be proven that the clip is indeed not authentic AND that it was sent from Ms T.'s company, the suspicion must be raised that this is a set-up, because - as explained - they cannot be expected to be that stupid""

One should read this twice and slowly.
= assumed Stupidity as proof of innocence =

Now, lets say the audio-clip is real and un-edited, where would this put you and your "Explainations" ?

publish the evidence - simple as that.

i dont believe they can as it would be pulled to pieces and lies exposed.

if it was really a fact, they would have been playing it at every opportunity and arresting the culprits and feeling very pleased with themselves.

The haven`t and they are trying to hush the story up now.

The only way the general could know Ms. Shinawatra had nothing to do with the tape is for him to be the instigator of the tape and he knows he didn't tell her about it. Please, someone tell me, how else can he know she had nothing to do with the tape.

The BP earlier 'filtered away' my post, so let's try it again...

    @ Hyperinflation, discussion 3.

Remember this, before jumping to any unfounded conclusion and making any premature accusation:

The authenticity of the tape - or the manipulation of the recording - is yet to be established. There is NO indication that any steps are taken towards independent inspection and verification. A police investigation is - as we all know - not independent.

The fact that the so-called 'Democrats' (someone suggested that they could change their name to National Social-Democratic Party) allege that the clip is not authentic is nothing more than an allegation.

In my layman's opinion, distribution must be considered legal, unless and until a COURT OF JUSTICE (and not a so-called aggrieved party) declares it illegal - e.g. based on a threat to national security, its lack of authenticity or tea....

However, the fact that this party does everything beyond its power to avoid further distribution of the clip is an indication of their fear, which may very well be fed by their consciousness - if they have any - in other words: by their guilt.

Mind you: I do not support the family of the alleged Ms T. Not at all. But I do not believe either in the innocence of these paranoid 'Democrats' and I hate baseless conclusion, resulting in unfounded accusation, allegations.

Finally, would Ms T. or her friends be so utterly stupid to distribute the clip from her company, whereas she and her friends certainly know that internet traffic is extremely easily tracked and, besides, it is just as easy to send it from an internet cafe. No question mark.

Should it be proven that the clip is indeed not authentic AND that it was sent from Ms T.'s company, the suspicion must be raised that this is a set-up, because - as explained - they cannot be expected to be that stupid.

For now, the suspicion lies on the accusers, because of their accusations, while being unable or unwilling to provide any credible proof.

Why does Ms. Shin need her EX-big brass relative to speak for her?

She has a tongue...and has used it before Songkran to whip up the Reds.

If I were in her shoes...or pumps...I may not look as cute...but I would be doing everything in my power to prove this false recording didn't come from my shop...and let everyone know I was doing this.

Anyone who uses the logic..."oh, everyone is too smart to send this from SCA...this means it's a setup"...is burying their head in the issue.

If there is proof that the recording is falsified, and there is proof that it came from SCA and PT Party...then they are guilty....period. All else is convenient conjecture.

Desperate times call upon desperate measures....and the "T" clan is VERY desperate. There are going to be legal decisions handed down soon which may gut them completely, as well as an improving economy, which can be attributed to the efforts of the Coalition Pary.

The Bell tolls for thee....Mr. T

Ever since Thaksin crawled out from under his rock to become a public figure it has been one lie after another.

His chronic lying, inability to admit wrong doing and selfish blame shifting are all the traits of a psychopath.

A psychopath will also "kiss up" and "kick down" which Thaksin has proved himself to be master of, crying and begging for a pardon from others higher up the ladder. However, he acted like a complete tyrant in ordering the deaths of others in his "war on drugs." which involved people of a perceived lower status.

He refuses to admit any guilt or wrong doing but then wants amnesty. How can you be pardoned for crimes you claim you never committed?

He talks about reconciliation whilst secretly plotting to cause division from the safety of a foreign country. Thailand should never ever let him put a foot on Thai soil again. Let him rot in Africa or wherever with all the other tin pot dictators.

Was he behind this tape scam? On past events he would be suspect No.1. As for his queue-jumping cousin Chaisit, he has no credibility after jumping into the top army job over dozens of more worthy soldiers. A man of honour with self-respect would never stoop to such nepotistic behaviour.

    One thing is sure.

Thaksin and his aspirations, his activities, his reactions (like tit for tat) are all, involving
revered Monarchy, using his political party, Red shirt protesters, His family to fight his opponents.

There is a saying that a foolish person thinks the whole world is foolish. Thats the biggest problem with Thaksin.

We consider him as an ordinary successfull business man. He should remove his arrogance and egos. First. No amount of prayers while on flight on Thai airspace or merit making will help him.

Dr. Thaksin and his associate experementing with all vintage political gimics. Its not new.
Even as a PM its all vintage administration for that moment only. Money was his index and nothing else.

    Everything is a show.

At least his family should keep silent.
The reason is Thaksin talk is a white lie every day.

Why any one has to go to prove, and waste time and news prints.

Thaksin, His Party, and himself are all one and the same. This is a fact. No need any one has to prove. Its a group with common self interest and Ideology. They are all one and the same. It will be one and the same as long as money keeps flowing into their hands and greased.

OK, So where is her strong condemnation of the falsified recording, her statements that she will work with the government to bring all perpetrators of this abominable action to justice, and her vow to actively seek out and sue the members of her organization implicated in the scandal?

It is not enough to say, "I didn't know". She has to simultaneously say that it was not acceptable to use SC Asset property in this way and make a public show of punishing and suing the wrong doers for damage.

Sorry General Chasit. Your attempts to distance Yingluck from the scandal simply ring hollow. If she did not know about it then, she knows now.

What is she going to do about it?

Shinawatra family is automatically guilty for all crimes committed in Thailand... This family will always be prosecuted until they are completely poor and helpless, all family members destroyed...
