SET index down 0.58% midday

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index in the morning session of Tuesday went down 4.10 points or 0.58 per cent to close at 707.73 points. The market value was 7.15 billion baht, with 1.49 billion shares traded.

The SET100 index stood at 1,083.84 points, down 7.66 points or 0.70 per cent, with a total trade value of 4.93 billion baht.

The SET50 index fell 3.93 points or 0.78 per cent to stay at 501.71 points, with a total transaction value of 3.80 billion baht.

The Market for Alternative Investment (mai) index moved down 4.62 points or 2.17 per cent to stand at 207.84 points, with a total turnover of 777 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

KK-W4 closed at 8.15 baht, up by 1.10 baht or 15.60 per cent.

PTTEP closed at 153.5 baht, down by 2.50 baht or 1.60 per cent.

SCB closed at 81.50 baht, down by 0.50 baht or 0.61 per cent.

KK closed at 27.25 baht, up by 2.85 baht or 11.68 per cent.

BANPU closed at 446.00 baht, down by 6.00 baht or 1.33 per cent.
