Thaksin's TV to air on Sunday

Noppadon Pattama, legal advisor to deposed prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, on Saturday afternoon unveiled the via internet system 100 television channels of the ex-premier.
Mr Noppadon said Thaksin will make a test broadcast of two television channels at noon on Sunday.
‘The first channel is called “O Channel” which will run programmes on the “One Tambon, One Product” or OTOP scheme initiated by the Thaksin government”, Mr Noppadon said, adding that this channel will be for boosting sales of the OTOP products to held upturn the economy.
According to him, the second channel is “Clever Channel” which will be a channel for supporting Thai students in education aspect and enabling them to stay competitive in the international community. This channel’s educational programmes will be supported the Thai Kom Foundation.
Mr Noppadon said from Sunday, all Thai people can directly contact the ex-premier via SMS and his twitter website.
He told the government not to panic as Thaksin runs his TV channels for the benefit of the country and Thai people without any political purpose. He insisted the move will not affect national security.
