The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index on Monday lost 8.02 points or 1.17 per cent to close at 677.22 points. The market value was 20.20 billion baht, with 2.64 billion shares traded.
The SET100 index ended the session at 1,032.02 points, down 13.46 points or 1.29 per cent, with a total trade value of 17.69 billion baht.
The SET50 index fell 6.29 points or 1.30 per cent to stay at 477.38 points, with a total transaction value of 15.78 billion baht.
However, the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) index gained 1.24 points or 0.59 per cent to stay at 211.17 points, with a total turnover of 585.37 million baht.
Top five most active values were as follows;
PTTEP closed at 137.00 baht, down by 8.00 baht or 5.52 per cent.
PTT closed at 233.00 baht, down by 7.00 baht or 2.92 per cent.
BANPU closed at 426.00 baht, down by 12.00 baht or 2.74 per cent.
CPF closed at 9.50 baht, down by 0.15 baht or 1.55 per cent.
SCB closed at 77.75 baht, up by 0.50 baht or 0.65 per cent.
