PAD condemns Hun Sen

A core leader of the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD), Maj-Gen Chamlong Srimuang, on Friday condemned Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen for interfering in Thailand's internal affairs and impugning its judicial system.
Maj Gen Chamlong asked the international community to condemn the Cambodian government and apply pressure for it to extradite ousted premier Thaksin Shinawatra to Thailand if h turns up there.
At a press conference, also jattended by PAD key leader Somkiat Pongpaiboon and coordinator Suriyasai Katasila, Maj-Gen Chamlong also condemned Thaksin, accusing him of treachery in using a neighbouring nation to help push his personal political agenda in Thailand.
The Cambodian government on Wednesday announced the appointment of Thaksin as economic advisor and personal advisor toMr Hun Sen.
Cambodian government also said in a statement that it would not extradite the former prime minister to Thailand as all charges against him were politically motivated.
