SET index up 0.65% midday

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index gained 4.53 points or 0.65 per cent to close at 703.16 points in the morning session on Monday. The trade value was 8.32 billion baht, with 1.35 billion shares traded.

The SET100 index rose 7.34 points or 0.69 per cent to stay at 1,073.76 points, with a total turnover of 7.14 billion baht.

The SET50 index stood at 496.51 points, up 3.41 points or 0.69 per cent, with a total trade value of 6.34 billion baht.

The Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) index climbed up 1.53 points or 2.05 per cent to stay at 214.67 points, with total transaction value of 338.78 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

TTA closed at 28.75 baht, up 1.00 baht or 3.60 per cent.

PTTAR closed at 23.40 baht, up 0.60 baht or 2.63 per cent.

PTTEP closed at 138.00 baht, up 0.50 baht or 0.36 per cent.

CPF closed at 9.70 baht, up 0.15 baht or 1.57 per cent.

BAY closed at 19.90 baht, up 0.30 baht or 1.53 per cent.
