SET index up 0.10%

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index on Wednesday gained 0.71 point or 0.10 per cent to close at 707.26 points. The market value was 18.30 billion baht, with 2.96 billion shares traded.

The SET100 index ended the session at 1,075.68 points, down 0.89 point or 0.08 per cent, with a total trade value of 15.46 billion baht.

The SET50 index fell 0.06 point or 0.01 per cent to stay at 498.01 point, with a total transaction value of 13.74 billion baht.

The Market for Alternative Investment (mai) index moved down 0.83 point or 0.38 per cent to stay at 215.08 points, with a total turnover of 342.60 million baht.

Top five most active values were as follows;

BANPU closed at 496.00 baht, up by 4.00 baht or 0.81 per cent.

CPF closed at 11.00 baht, down by 0.30 baht or 2.65 per cent.

BBL closed at 112.50 baht, down by 2.50 baht or 2.17 per cent.

KBANK closed at 85.50 baht, up by 1.75 baht or 2.09 per cent.

PTT remained at 239.00 baht.
