Six for indictment in BJT bombing

The Department of Special Investigation will on Thursday afternoon ask the prosecution to indict six people in connection with the bombing of the Bhumjaithai Party head office on June 22.
DSI chief Tharit Pengdit said he had signed a letter to the Office of the Attorney-General (OAG) seeking the indictment of the six suspects, who would be handed over to prosecutors handling special cases.
The six - Kampol Kamkong, Dejpol Puthajong, Kobchai Boonplod, Varisariya Boonsom, Anek Singkhunthod and Suriya Phumwong - have been charged with producing explosives, having explosives in their possession, causing an explosion, and terrorism, he said.
