How did the robbers who were wearing green pants open the safe? Or was it open? Of did the money just fall out of the safe?
The bank has insurance. The guard if found to be involved will need insurance.

There are many news about robberies in Thailand nowaday. Better use the plastic cards and carry only 1,000 baht for safety.

Laghable - Discussion 1. It's not military money, TMB is 25% owned by Australia & New Zealand Banking Group - ANZ Bank.

Very simple low cost solution. Install a concealed camera and recording device inside the rear cabin which is operated by other personnel than the occupants of the money truck. One might even install a second vandal proof one at the rear to see who is entering and or following the truck, so basic. jawn.

Hi..agree with # 2 about disclosing information. Also the method of the crime committed should not be fully disclosed. All this makes it easy for the next robbery planners. The very mentioning that the police will examine the cameras is so vital information to persons intending to commit a crime. Many a time we see photos in newspapers about police investigators re-enacting a crime, with photographers around --- this very much ridicules an investigation, which has to be conducted in a shroud of secrecy. End of the day, the press and the police have responsibility of protecting an innocent mind into thinking about the crimes and the methods they were committed.

Yeah, right, well planned my behind. On the 6th stop the driver was standing OUTSIDE of the truck so he was available for his friends to come up and attack him. Why not the first stop? Investigate the driver's gambling debt!!!

By reporting the size of the loot, the police encourages future robberies. That is why such information is usually kept secret - in countries where the police is in charge with FIGHTING and PREVENTING crime, that is...
