Bail appeal by Jatuporn, Nisit rejected

The Appeals Court on Monday upheld the Criminal Court's decision to reject a request for the release on bail of Jatuporn Prompan and Nisit Sinthuprai, who have been charged with terrorism in connection with the April-May violence last year.

Well, under Hun Sen at least you know what to expect.

Here in Thailand every day is a suprise, and often it's not a very nice surprise (entertaining as it might be for a neutral observer).

Laws in Thailand is triple standard: 1 standard for red-shirt, 1 standard for yellow shirt, and 1 standard for normal people-uncolored ;-)
