Abbub - would you include Thaksin in that group of people to be put under the microscope? How about Potjaman and Yingluck? It seems as though whenever they face scrutiny, you call it 'victimisation' and invent some excuse for their 'honest mistakes'.

So far only an allegation. But if the cleanup starts, the sooner the better. If a real, full sweep of corruption happens we will see many people behind bars or losing their positions. The police are court behind measure and the military and politicians need to be investigated too. A few powerful people behind the scenes should be ruthlessly put under the microscope too.

A good, full spring cleaning after 3/4 of a century of corruption and greed and dirty politics, among other things.

How coincidental that Pol Lt-Gen Chakthip Chaichinda was in the process of transfering these nice policemen as Khun Chuvit just brought it up in parliment. I hope they get what they deserve like fully paid leave and a long holiday in some 5 star resort.

How about this for a perspective. Several days ago 3 motorbike taxi men got crucified by Pattaya police for playing dominos in public....Offence illegal gambling.

    Hooray for Chuwit!
The first politician to start addressing his manifesto.

Good job Mr. Chewit. Stirring things up, let the watchers know they too are being watched.

Why should we be shocked about this? While the Media concentrate on high level Government and it's leaders, those who actually carry out the day to day activities of Law, Order and Justice are busy making money out of illegals well knowing they can, almost without exception, control their cover.

Thailand really does not have Governance to International standards. If Gambling and Prostitution were legalised, much of the corruption and extortion would melt away and at least some of the tax yield would find itself into Government coffers to finance health and education,

I wonder if they will be released for lack of evidence.
