    hyponeros discussion #15.

That goes without saying, Somchai of discussion #13 is a die hard TS basher like meme in this forum and his comments is not surprising. Everying thing is wrong with TS and nothing is wrong with Abhisit. Your question to Somchai is perfectly right.

Those were the comments of Interpol.

    D13
    You forgot to mention Abhisit!

Worth 1000 words! "Hello my brother". "Gimme some tongue".

The two men are made for each other, one guilty for ordering the executions of thousands Cambodians as Khmer Rouge commander and one guilty for killing thousands of innocent Thais during his dictatorship. They both belong up there together with Slobodan Milošević, Muammar Gaddafi and Adolf Hitler.

After the October 2008 conviction, Thaksin has travelled to Montenegro, Dubai, Cambodia, Nigaragua, China, Germany, Japan.....with a free-man status.

Thaksin was clearly guilty of what he was convicted of, no matter which government was in charge at the time. He is clearly guilty of other more serious crimes that he has not yet, and probably will never be tried for. He should have been convicted when he was still Prime Minister. But clearly no one dared do that when he was Prime Minister. Thailand needs real justice. Thaksin going to jail would be a start. But only a start.

I have no ill feelings towards Cambodia. But Hun Sen is a different matter. Having Hun Sen as your buddy says volumes about what a thug you are.

D7 ,will you please explain what exactly constitutes a political conviction. Please dont give the local pub version, I would like you to explain what the crime is that makes a political conviction.

TS was charged with providing a financial benefit to his wife, an action forbidden under his employment contract.

He absconded and is liable for this offense also.

Will Thaksin visit them in his position as Ex-Cambodian advisor or Ex-Thai PM or
Montenegro’s advisor? Will he give a lecture about how to get rich by cheating and getting away with it?

#5, i saw this law professor during weeks talking about politic in NBT. Only propaganda pro dems/yellows./pro-coup/anti protesters. A joke your example. Remember that Interpol refused to consider the case of TS because politically motivated. #1, meme, PTP surely don't want to be so ridiculous than an other Gvt, but we have a shadow cabinet with some yellow who can ask the arrest.

Since, according to Interpol, the previous government failed to summit an international search warrant and since, Interpol doesn't accept search warrants against political convicts, Cambodia has no rights to arrest Thaksin!
