Airport CCTV footage led to arrest

Footage from closed-circuit television cameras at Suvarnabhumi airport led police to arrest a woman who allegedly strangled a baby and left the body in a trash can at the passenger terminal building, airport spokeswoman Wilaiwan Nadwilai said on Wednesday.
Ms Wilaiwan said pictures from security cameras on Sept 11, timed at about 9.15am, showed a woman later identified as Nualsiri Samranjai, accompanied by two foreign men, drop a large bag in the rubbish bin at terminal No 4.
The woman then walked to the check-in counter of Bangkok Airways for a flight to Samui.
