Pressure on UBS bosses over fraud

Pressure mounted on bosses of Swiss bank giant UBS to quit for failing to prevent a $2 billion trading loss, as the father of the broker accused of fraud said his son is a "man of integrity".

UBS equities trader Kweku Adoboli is led into a prison van as he leaves City of London Magistrates Court in central London, on September 16. Pressure mounted on top managers of the Swiss banking giant, after it lost $2 billion due to rogue trading.

The bank's honorary chairman Nikolaus Senn told Swiss German television late on Friday that he doubted that chief executive Oswald Gruebel could stay after the debacle.
