25 blast victims still in hospital

Twenty five of the 115 people injured by Friday's motorcycle and car bomb explosions in Yala's Sungai Kolok district are still being in treated in hospitals, and two of them are still in a coma, public health permanent secretary Paijit Warachit said on Monday.

Dr Paijit said 18 were in Sungai Kolok Hospital, four at Yala Regional Hospital and three at Prince of Songkla University Hospital in Hat Yai.

The 18 in Sungai Kolok Hospital were out of danger but were still inshock.  They were being watched closely by psychiatrists.

    What? No comments anyone? I have an idea... let's sit down and negotiate with the bombers... I am sure that they are just frustrated and misunderstood. We can put flower stems inside their grenades to replace the pins that have already pulled.

    These people cannot be appeased. One way or another, they must be stopped. One should have to give up sovereignty of a place within its own borders so that the local inhabitants do not chop the heads off their neighbors. If they cannot live like civilized people, then they should not be afforded the privileges of civilized people.
