If you intend to lend money to Burma, please use the Shinawatra money and not the money from the Thai people. Whatever you want from Burma, do not get Thailand involved. Got it, Yingluck?

I wonder if satellite communication deals will also be on the table. Perhaps another 'soft loan' is in order.

'... to discuss ways to promote trade and investment and how Thailand can assist the neighbour in its development projects.'

That should read to see how Burma can help the Shinawatras. Another soft loan with conditions ?

I wonder how much money she(read Toxin) intends to have Thailand lend to Burma during her(his) tenure as PM.
